We're hiring a full time Customer Service Representative! Our Customer Service Team provides proactive assistance to our customers via telephone and face-to-face conversations fulfilling a variety of requests, answering questions and providing basic troubleshooting.  We are seeking self-directed, enthusiastic individuals to join our Customer Service Team in Pine Island. This is a full time position with hours between 8:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m. Monday thru Friday.The following skills and experience are preferred:

•Two or more years of experience in a customer service capacity
•Excellent communication and organizational skills
•Problem solving skills
•Previous help desk experience is a plus
•Demonstrated professionalism
•Ability to create custom solutions for customers
•Intermediate skills with Microsoft and Internet applications
•AAS degree in sales, customer service or related area is a plus
